EMPLOYERS DEPOT
America’s Green-Collar recruiting, staffing and education coordination center.

Servicing and supporting clients and applicants to fill critical environmental positions, Employers Depot is the “extra-effort” company that works with, and for, the client and applicant. Recognizing and appreciating the ‘environmental’ interlacing of all industries, our staffing and recruiting specialists strive to stay in front of client requirements with applicants that meet or exceed their needs.

Appreciating the dynamics in America’s energy sector and evolving environmental considerations, Employers Depot is dedicating significant resources to augment the impending ‘green’ transition. Specifically, bridging criteria and educational requirements will be defined, promulgated and assistance will be provided to ensure career and job minded individuals stay relevant.

In partnership with California’s six regional Environmental Training Centers (http://envtraining.org/centers.cfm) and privately held firms, Employers Depot is prepared to recruit, staff and educationally prepare applicants with the skills needed to meet the demands of most ‘Green-Collar’ jobs and positions. As this program evolves nationally, Employers Depot will establish, or assist in the formation of programs that will meet client and applicant training requirements.

Need/want environmental staffing solutions?

For example, appreciating the importance of pre-employment screening our professionals are required to perform specific and diverse applicant staffing and recruiting. Adept at grasping client direction and expressed needs, Employers Depot staffing and recruiting specialists recruit and, when necessary, educationally “groom” applicants to fit the client’s requirements and associated environment. Aware of the importance environmental, health and safety issues play in all business matters and the impact these concerns can affect a clients’ bottom line, we work to find common sense balance.

Environmental jobs and positions cross all career paths and skill sets. Therefore… Job seekers, listen up!

Medical technicians, truck drivers, equipment operators, engineers, hydrologists and designers, to name a few, must all be trained to protect the environment. Industry specific expertise and skills are, in many cases, transferable to other jobs and positions. The staffing specialists at Employers Depot understand and are trained to recognize industry parallels to solve client needs and applicant expectations.

Smart Job and Career Seekers

Recent national and international energy related dynamics and miscellaneous dialog from self-proclaimed experts and government officials are driving the environment oriented requirements. Accepting that America is moving away from conventional forms, e.g. petroleum, of hydrocarbon based energy and recognizing that change presents opportunities will be important for those that accept the challenges being forced upon all of us.

Simply put, individual and entrepreneural opportunities will present themselves before the dust settles and a little forethought should provide the motivational drive for the future.
